Two £190,000 CAT 988F loading shovels were stolen from a Hanson quarry in Kent. Enterprising thieves came equipped with a low loader and wide convoy signs to steal two CAT 988F loading shovels worth a combined £380,000. Luckily one of them was fitted with a Satrak unit, and it was found and returned within six hours. Police were issued with a warrant and seized a lot of other stolen equipment from the location.
